My job as a substitute teacher takes me to many and varied parts of a school. 

Today I was privileged to work with some photography students as they readied for the morning announcements.

so we named him Mini Cooper

 

this is Max, our first dog (not the best view!)

hanging out at the dog park on Sunday with the boys,

my husband, Cooper and Max

all in a day's work...

 

 

 

 

The model's role is walk, pose, turn, walk,

a clothes hanger for the work of the designers.

The runway looms, the time stretchessss...

The act of placing one foot in front of another,

coordinating arms, projecting confidence

and attitude is the challenge.



Practice, practice, practice,

perfect the stride into a seamless movement.

Make an impression with the audience,

enjoy the well-earned applause,

soon the lights will flicker and dim,

you did it, it's over, exhale...
