The Market NYC, located at 159 Bleeker St., between Thompson and Sullivan, features local artists and designers of apparel, accessories and home, new and vintage. They rent space for a period of time and then new vendors come in so it's a changing scene...

I met Sheila at the Manhattan Vintage Show and then again on Sunday at Our Lady of Pompeii market, located on Bleeker, between Leroy and Carmine. She is a regular there. The market is small, but it fills up the block. Mostly jewelry vendors, but interesting, friendly people with stories to tell.
